As Co-founder and Director of Aisle7, I bring more than 9 years of experience across FMCG retail, category management, commercial strategy, and loyalty. Having sat on the retailer side as a category manager, I know first hand what it takes to stand out, secure shelf space, and build lasting retail relationships.
I’m passionate about using that insider knowledge to support suppliers, helping them avigate retail with confidence. My focus is on practical strategies that drive growth today while empowering leaders to succeed long into the future.
Denise Cotter
Director: SYDNEY
As Co-founder and Director of Aisle7, I bring over 12 years of senior leadership experience in the FMCG industry spanning retail, category management, eCommerce, loyalty, strategy and data & analytics. My background leading within retailers, including category management, gives me a unique perspective on what drives ranging decisions and how to turn products into long-term commercial successes.
I’m passionate about helping brands unlock their potential, from product and brand development through to strategy, negotiation, and digital success. My work centres on co-creating strategies that unlock growth today while preparing leaders and brands for tomorrow.
